For comparison, TPL is less expensive but doesn’t cover any possible damage to your car.

You can also buy a comprehensive motor insurance policy for a custom or a vintage car, a luxury car, or an antique vehicle. Yes. Since it’s almost impossible to estimate the risks for old cars, QIC provides comprehensive insurance policies only for cars not older than 15 years. For older cars, you can still buy our TPL package.

All drivers and private car owners can get a QIC comprehensive car insurance, including, first time drivers, experienced drivers, drivers under 25 and seniors. Drivers with accident history may have to pay higher premiums. Keep in mind though that you cannot get car insurance in Qatar if you have no license or Qatar ID.
